India Vision Foundation is a non-profit, voluntary, non-government organization registered as a Trust in India vide No. 4595 dated 1 August 1994. All donations to India Vision Foundation are exempted under Section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961 of Government of India. The Foundation is authorized by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, to secure funds in foreign currency from outside India, under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).

THE FOUNDATION IS GOVERNED BY A BOARD OF TRUSTEES
