Home » OrganizationIndia Vision Foundation is a non-profit, voluntary, non-government organization registered as a Trust in India vide No. 4595 dated 1 August 1994. All donations to India Vision Foundation are exempted under Section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961 of Government of India. The Foundation is authorized by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, to secure funds in foreign currency from outside India, under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).

| LEGAL STATUS
A charitable, non-profit making trust India Vision Foundation is registered under the Indian Act, under Registration No. 4595 dated August 01, 1994 Registered under section 12 A of the- Income Tax Act, 1961. All Donations made in India Vision Foundation are exempted under section 80 G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide no. DIT(E) 2005-2006/I582/94/917/1013 of the Government of India. Registered under Foreign Contribution ( Regulation) Act, 1976 vide letter No. II/21022/83(77)/98-FCRA.III. The Foundation is authorized to receive donation is foreign currency. For supporting IVF projects in India, donors in the United States of America can receive Federal Tax Exemption under section 501 (c) (3) authorized by the Internal Revenue Services, USA.
